Fruit and cheese: an age-old pairing! Chosen in the first instance to dampen down the strength of certain cheeses, nowadays fruit takes the form of confits to provide a new cheese tasting experience. This platter contains two of FAUCHON’s confit recipes: Mirabelle-Gewurztraminer and Apple-Pear-Pommeau-wine confits with three great vintage cheeses.
