Ingredients
Salmon and vanilla mini-éclair: choux pastry (flour, salt, sugar, butter, eggs, water, milk), salmon mix (Norwegian fresh salmon, Norwegian smoked salmon, chives, red onions, mango, salt, black pepper, thick cream), vanilla glazing (Bourbon vanilla, cream, xanthan, gelatine, salt), mango.
Saint-Honoré style Crab mini-éclair: choux pastry, crab meat, green apple, celery, mascarpone, cream, lobster bisque (lobster, onion, carrot, celery, tomato, garlic, parsley, grape seed oil, tomato paste, white wine, Cognac , rice, espelette pepper, lobster stock, shellfish stock, flour and butter), mayonnaise, lemon, wasabi, gelatin, semolina, basil, salt, pepper.
Foie gras and fig chutney mini-éclair: Choux pastry, foie gras,  hazelnuts, chutney of figs (sweet onion, unsalted butter, pepper, salt, puree of figs, agar agar, red wine), cream, xanthane, gelatin, coloring, sesame, pansy flower.

Allergens
Contains gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, crustaceans, mustard and fish.
