Caviar Baeri d'Aquitaine FAUCHON

The French caviar

You are about to taste the precious and rare caviar FAUCHON. The Sturgeon Acipenser baerii - From Siberia - has managed to adapt to the Aquitaine region in France by maintaining its roundness and its delicately fruity and woody flavors. Its black small grains sorted by FAUCHON  craftsmen reveal a freshness and creaminess that your palate won't be able to compare. 

Baeri Caviar from Aquitaine is perfect for a first tasting or to celebrate your precious moment.

Origin: Aquitaine (region of France).

Acipenser baerii sturgeon eggs, salt, preservative: E285.

Caviar is ideally served on its own with a side of crème fraîche and blinis or baked ratte potatoes.
The most traditional accompaniment for caviar includes capers, minced onions, boiled eggs and fresh herbs.You may also glorify a simple dish of poached white fish with a generous spoonful of caviar.
We recommend you to serve it with a spoon made of nacre or wood rather than metal which alters the taste of the eggs. For a full burst of its aromas, take the tin out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
