Inspired by Auguste Fauchon’s original profession - grocer on place de la Madeleine – these biscuits, made in Brittany using traditional methods, make apples the star of the show. Caramelised and semi-candied, the Granny Smiths lose their tangy taste. They form a heavenly blend with ingredients selected for their quality and origin (churned butter, Guérande salt, flour from Brittany, freshly laid eggs...) and a delicious milk chocolate. Composed of 16 biscuits coated or dipped in chocolate, this assortment embodies the know-how of the House’s biscuit maker.
