Foie gras is subject to stringent quality requirements in addition to requirements that demonstrate its exceptional character. Criteria such as type (goose or duck), origin (Landes, Vendée, etc.), weight (between 450 and 550 g for duck foie gras and between 550 and 650 g for goose foie gras) and texture are taken into consideration. All are selected, deveined and seasoned individually by hand. All are "Made in F" foie gras - Made in FAUCHON, Made in France. 

CREATIVE AND CLASSIC FOIES GRAS  ?

Boldness, whimsy and expertise at FAUCHON have inspired approximately 30 original goose and duck foie gras recipes including 20% truffle, a great classic; cocoa, galangal and Tonka bean; rose petals; subtle notes of Chinese black tea and citrus zest, etc.

FAUCHON creates new recipes inspired by the seasons every year that combine foie gras with fruits, flowers, wine and liquors, spices, aromatic herbs, tea, etc.
