Reheating presentation instructions


Our Chefs have produced a selection of hot starters, dishes and garnishes that can be heated up as follows:

Hot starters

Heat for 2 minutes 50 seconds in the microwave (at 600W) or 20 minutes in a conventional oven at 130°C (gas mark 4).

Dishes

Weck verrine or individual ceramic dishes

Heat for 2 minutes 50 seconds in the microwave (at 600W) or 20 minutes in a conventional oven at 130°C (gas mark 4).

Individual container

Place the container with its cover on a porcelain or ceramic plate.
Heat for 2 minutes 50 seconds in the microwave (at 600W) or 20 minutes in a conventional oven at 130°C (gas mark 4).
While pressing the container against the plate, pull on the tab to remove the bottom of the container.Remove the container. The dish is presented and ready for you to enjoy.

Dishes for 4

Cover the dish with aluminium foil.
Heat for 35 minutes at 150°C (gas mark 5) in a conventional, fan assisted oven.

Dishes for 6

Cover the dish with aluminium foil.

Heat for 40 minutes at 150°C (gas mark 5) in a conventional, fan assisted oven.

Tarts, quiches and coulibiacs

Cover the dish with aluminium foil.
Heat for 25 minutes at 150°C (gas mark 5) in a conventional, fan assisted oven.

Side dishes, purées, vegetables

Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds in the microwave (at 600W) or 15 minutes in a conventional oven at 130°C (gas mark 4).
