The carefully grinded tea leaves and lemon zest, are associated with a duck Foie Gras. Marble aspect, subtle and fresh perfume, strong aromatic notes. The Chef’s favorite!
Place the jar in the fridge 3 hours before serving. Before opening, put the jar few seconds in hot water for a few seconds, in order to take the Foie Gras out easily. Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread, an Earl Grey tea jelly and a FAUCHON l’Été tea served cool or an AOC Viré Clessé Domaine Héritiers du Comte Lafon 2010.
