The birthplace of the famous "Coquilles Saint-Jacques" scallops can be found in the bay of Saint Brieuc. They live in a cold sea on a sandy seafloor.
We created this rillettes recipe inspired by the famous "Coquilles St. Jacques à la Bretonne" recipe, in which the scallops are sautéed in salted butter with shallots. These rillettes go perfectly with champagne or any other refined wine.

Scallops, (48), pollock filets (14.5%), creme fraiche (14.5%), shallots (10%), carrots (5%), butter (4%), wheat flour (2.5%), milk proteins (<1%), salt (<1%), flavorings (<1%), spices (<1%)
