Alsace: the cradle of Foie Gras in France. Discover FAUCHON’s Whole Goose Foie Gras prepared in workshops at the heart of Strasbourg by artisan cooks, for over 5 generations. Our Foies Gras are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its outstanding quality. FAUCHON promotes the artisan canner’s savoir-faire of this region and its unique traditional Alsatian recipe.
A secretly kept mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom…) reveals the original flavour of the goose. A custom-made work which results in meltingly soft Foies Gras. Full of finesse and perfumes. Refinement and elegance.

Keep in the fridge.
