FAUCHON’s Whole Duck Foie Gras from the South-West comes from open-air farms. The livers are selected, seasoned and prepared by hand in a traditional fashion. Without additives or preservatives. They are prepared by craftsmen, in the Landes region of France, and they are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its outstanding quality.
The IGP label of our local producers guarantees total commitment to the product’s origin, free-range farming, controlled feeding, know-how and traceability.
