Foie Gras de Canard Entier du Sud-Ouest Semi-Conserve 180g - FAUCHON

FAUCHON’s Whole Duck Foie Gras from the South-West comes from open-air farms. The livers are selected, seasoned and prepared by hand in a traditional fashion. Without additives or preservatives. They are prepared by craftsmen, in the Landes region of France, and they are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its exceptional quality.

The IGP label that our local producers have gives us a guarantee of total commitment to the product’s origin, free-range farming, controlled feeding, know-how and traceability. This terroir recipe invites you to discover the real plain whole duck foie gras from the South-West. Strong taste and musky aromas. Authenticity and rustic character.

Ingredients
Duck foie gras (98%), salt, pepper, sugar.

Energy: 452kcal / 1892kJ, Total fat: 45,1g of which saturated fat: 18,6g, Total carbohydrates: 2,3g of which sugars: 2,3g, Protein: 9,3g, Salt: 1,5g.

Keep in the fridge. Take the jar out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
Before opening, put the jar in hot water for a few seconds, in order to take the Foie Gras out easily.
Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread. Livened up with salt crystal and pepper. Or with the FAUCHON touch: the fig compote.
