Alsace: the cradle of Foie Gras in France. Discover FAUCHON’s Whole Goose Foie Gras prepared in workshops in the heart of Strasbourg by artisan cooks, for over 5 generations. Our Foies Gras are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its exceptional quality. FAUCHON defends the artisan canner’s savoir-faire of this region and its unique traditional Alsatian recipe.
