TheChronopost Delivery - FAUCHON pictogram indicates on the product information sheets and in yout basket the products available for Chronopost Home delivery. When you place your order, you can choose the delivery date that is most convenient for you by clicking on the  Delivery calendar - FAUCHON pictogram in your basket.

FAUCHON offers you free Chronopost home delivery to Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica, for any order over €120, shipping cost excluded. To benefit from this, log in and enter the voucher code AVANTAGE under the list of items in your basket.
This offer does not apply to international deliveries.
FAUCHON retains the right to modify or cancel this offer at any moment.

Delivery times
In Metropolitan France, it takes on average 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your order to be processed and delivered.
If you wish for your order to be delivered on a specific date after this time, please select the date from our calendar when placing your order.
In Europe, delivery times vary according to country.

Delivery schedule
In Metropolitan France, our transporter CHRONOPOST ensures deliveries between 8am et 1pm (except for some exceptional case where the delivery can be made until 6pm
During periods of high activity (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day),  dense traffic, or exceptional weather conditions, delivery delays  may occur.

Delivery tracking
To access to delivery tracking service, please consult the website of our transporter CHRONOPOST (www.chronopost.fr) with the order shipping number you will find on your FAUCHON account (Order History).

Have a present delivered
The invoice of your order is not in your package. It will be sent to you by email to the email address you gave when your FAUCHON account was created.
You can fill in a personalized message when you are placing your order. This message is printed on a FAUCHON card and inserted in a Magenta sleeve and sent with your order. If you are shipping a gift, please add a message  so that the receiver can  identify you.

Conserving and transporting the products
Your orders are carefully prepared by our teams. We pay special attention to the packaging : the products are packed and arranged with the greatest precaution, by using air cushions and sleeves in our transport cardboard boxes to keep them safe from shocks.
Our macarons are wrapped in a specific packaging made from insulating material and cold packs, as so to guarantee a constant ideal temperature throughout the transportation process. The quality and freshness of the FAUCHON products keep intact.

In case of absence of the recipient
In order to optimize the efficiency of the delivery of your order, it is necessary to provide complete information for the delivery address ( door code, building or flat number, floor as well as the possibility or not of leaving the package with the doorman, in case of absence of the recipient. Fauchon will not be held responsible for merchandise that is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address or due to the absence of the recipient.
If the recipient is absent when the order is delivered, the transporter will leave a non-delivery notice in the mailbox. This notice specifies the address at which the package can be collected (local post office or one of our delivery points). If the transporter is not able to leave a non-delivery notice (no mailbox, door code not specified), you can find the address of the delivery point on the website of our transporter www.chronopost.fr.
Cold packs are packed with the order to maintain the products at an ideal temperature throughout the transportation process. However, if your order contains macarons, make sure you collect your package within 4 days of the chosen delivery date.

Changing a delivery date or address
For any modification of the address or of the delivery date, please contact our Customer relations service by email at service-client-web@fauchon.fr or by telephone on the 01.39.70.38.00 at the latest 2 working days before the initially chosen delivery date.


Delivery by a FAUCHON Uniformed Chauffeur

For a prestigious delivery, the FAUCHON uniformed chauffer delivery service is available for all FAUCHON products, to Paris and the Paris region. This service is available 6 days out of 7 from Monday to Saturday (except on national holidays).When you place your order, you can choose the preferred delivery date by clicking on the calendar pictogram Delivery calendar - FAUCHON in your basket.

The Uniformed Chauffeur delivery - FAUCHON pictogram indicates on the product information sheets and in your basket, which products are available for FAUCHON Uniformed Chauffeur Delivery.

Shipping costs
The shipping rate is 35€, including all taxes, (29,17€ before tax) for Paris and the Paris area (departments 92,93 and 94).

Same day delivery
Same day chauffeur delivery service is not available on www.fauchon.com. Please contact the FAUCHON Shopping Service by telephone on 01.70.39.38 to place an order for samed day delivery, according to availability of products.

Have a present delivered

Collection of order at the STORE (Click & Collect)

You can order FAUCHON products on our website and collect them 3 hours later in our store, located 24-26 place de la Madeleine 75008 Paris (consult access map and opening hours here). This service is available 6 days out of 7 from Monday to Saturday (except when the store is closed).

This pictogram Click and Collect - FAUCHON indicates on the product information sheets and in your basket, which products are available for Click&Collect.

Collecting your order
To collect your order, go directly to the reception desk on the first floor of our boutique 24-26 Place de la Madeleine (consult access map and opening hours here) with the order confirmation you received by mail and a proof of identity to collect your order. If you were not able to print your purchase order, your first and last names, order number and proof of identity will be necessary to collect the order.
You can also ask someone else to pick up your order for you. In this case he or she will have to present the emailed order confirmation, his/her first and last names and his/her proof of identity.

Modifying the date of the order collection
You can modify the time and date you want to collect your order by contacting our Shopping Service by telephone 01.39.70.38.02.


PARTICULAR CASES
Some products, of a delicate nature, can only be delivered in Metropolitan France, to Monaco and to Paris.

Macarons
The FAUCHON macarons are shipped by Chronopost, to France only, to guarantee the fastest and the most secure delivery. The FAUCHON Macarons are shipped in an insulating and refrigerated package, specially created to protect and preserve them at an adequate temperature throughout the transportation process. Macarons are delivered with an ice pack to preserve their quality. This ice pack may be re-used but not eaten. Macarons can be eaten up to 5 days after the shipping date written inside the box, but they must be kept in the fridge. FAUCHON bakers have created for you a macaron recipe made with high quality ingredients and which involves a process of rapid deep-freezing to obtain a creamy and crisp texture. Do not freeze them again.

Important :
- To make the delivery easier, please specify the telephone number of the recipient.
- The delivery is only available in Metropolitan France.
- The delivery is only available from Tuesday to Friday.

Fruit baskets 
The FAUCHON Fruit Baskets can be delivered in the 75,92,93 and 94 departments, by our uniformed chauffeurs only.
