• Integrate talented individuals who share our values and give them the keys to succeed: our integration programme includes both collective and individual training, which allows new hires to learn about the world of FAUCHON and its mode of operating, and gain a good understanding of their business line.

• Train and accompany as many employees as possible through internal and external trainings and give preference to customised training: develop product training sessions, increase the skills of our "Coach Managers", including project management, foreign languages, negotiation and media training. This also includes planning seminars that feature renowned experts as guest speakers.

• Build loyalty and provide prospects for development: promote internal mobility within our various entities through job positions being disseminated internally, the use of employee assessment tools and the annual “revue people”, which allows succession plans to be implemented.

• Empower employees by giving them the flexibility they need to flourish: give managers full responsibility of their profit centres, the necessary management tools for overseeing their activity and support from our head office, which is essential for meeting their goals.

• Provide ongoing communication to give meaning to and involve every employee in the company's vision: invite all employees to FAUCHON internal communication events, such as forums, "A Word from the Chairman" events and welcome breakfasts. Update all employees on company news daily with the contribution of operational teams.

• Celebrate successes and provide a fun and uplifting work environment: celebrate key events together at FAUCHON cocktail hours, provide samplings of new products for teams, thank and recognise our loyal employees and plan team dinners to celebrate moments of success.
