FAUCHON chefs have created a delicious appetiser recipe for tuna rillettes. Caught in the wild in the north-east Atlantic Ocean, the tuna is tender and tasty. It is cooked with cream and shallots and finely seasoned with pepper and basil for a delicious, well-balanced dish.
