Our people and ressources

At our 1,400 square-meter production facility on the outskirts of Paris, our dedicated staff of 70 employees prepare all the ingredients for memorable events each and every day. Executive Chef, Jérôme Dutois, lead a dynamic team of 40 culinary professionals who design and perfect every aspect of each menu in our elaborate kitchens.

Food safety is a top priority.

Our laboratory meets European requirements to ensure the health safety and traceability of all the products we offer, from raw materials to delivered meals.Our health and safety manager monitors personnel and performs quality control on a daily basis, making sure proper procedures and best practices are upheld at all times to ensure flawless maintenance of the cold chain until our products are served at your event.An independent laboratory specialising in analysis and advisory services conducts regular inspections to guarantee the health and safety standards of our products and facilities.

An official CO2 assessment conducted under the supervision of an authorised organisation (France Certification) to control and minimise liquid fluorine and GHG emissions  
Carefully sorted waste management for glass, cardboard, oils, ink cartridges, etc.
Water conservation and recycling by creating awareness among our employees, improving our management of used water and installing automatic dispensers
Recruiting and on-the-job training for young people, individual and group training to showcase and strengthen our employees’ expertise, and a partnership with the METH (mission to support employment for people with disabilities) to help handicapped workers integrate into our company
