Directions for use: Pour the content of this tin into a colander and let it drain. Pour the snails into a casserole or into empty shells with a snail butter (Mix together: 3.5oz of butter, 0,2 oz of chopped parsley, 0,2 oz of garlic, 0,07 oz of salt, 0.035oz of pepper, 0,10 oz of shallot). Preheat your traditional oven to 355°F. Let heat during about 12 min and serve very hot.
