Our Foies Gras are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its exceptional quality. FAUCHON defends the artisan canner’s savoir-faire of this region and its unique traditional Alsatian recipe.
    A secretly kept mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom…) reveals the original flavor of the goose. A custom-made work which results in meltingly soft Foies Gras. Full of finesse and perfumes. Refinement and elegance.

Whole Goose Foie Gras Alsace Recipe 180g

Keep in the fridge. Take the jar out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
Before opening, put the jar in hot water for a few seconds, in order to take  the Foie Gras out easily.
Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread and a flute of FAUCHON Champagne or a glass of Gewurztraminer, Furstentum, Domaine Bott-Geyl, 2007.

Goose foie gras (98%), preservative : sodium nitrite, spices.

Placer 3 heures au réfrigérateur. 
Avant d’ouvrir, plonger quelques secondes la boîte dans de l’eau chaude, afin de faciliter le démoulage. 
Se déguste bien frais sur une tranche de pain légèrement toastée. 
Accord : Champagne FAUCHON ou Gewurztraminer, Furstentum, Domaine Bott-Geyl, 2007.
