Wild Burgundy Snails

400g (14.10oz) can
Three dozen very large Burgundy Snails.

Directions for use : drip snails contained in this tin. Pour them into a casserole or into empty shells with a snail-butter (butter 6.17oz, minced parsley 0.63oz, garlic 0.28oz, salt 0.21oz, pepper 0.07oz). Put into the oven and serve very hot.

Snails meat* (Helix Pomatia linné), water, walt, spices, herbs.

Conseils d’utilisation : verser le contenu de cette boîte dans une passoire, et laisser bien égoutter. Mettre les escargots dans un poêlon ou dans des coquilles vides, avec du beurre d’escargots (Malaxer ensemble : 100g de beurre, 10g de persil haché, 5g d’ail, 5g de sel, 1 g de poivre). Chauffer au four à 180°C et servir très chaud.
