Picking, roasting, melting and blending are steps that ensure that every bite is precious. Between nobility and mastery, the quintessence of chocolate is artisanal know-how. Every element is important.
A journey then begins in search of the cru that will uniquely convey the Master Chocolatier's vision and inspiration.
All the facets of chocolate are expressed on a nuanced chequerboard where each square is a journey and a discovery of ganache and praline. From light to dark brown, a few delicate decorations will guide you towards the most irresistible of the 23 recipes presented.
The case reveals candies coated in dark 66% chocolate from an excellent Cameroonian Sanaga* vintage. The milk chocolates are coated in 35% chocolate, a perfect blend of Côte d'Ivoire and Ghanaian crus.

This commitment is also reflected in the promotion of good practices from the harvest onwards, guaranteeing the remarkable quality of ethical chocolate.
Tasting adviceFor an optimal tasting, FAUCHON advises you to keep these chocolate candies in its original packaging at a temperature between 15 and 18. To sublimate the textures and flavors, let the chocolates rest at room temperature 15 minutes before tasting.
