Our new dessert offers a chocolate trip around the Batucao 64% origin Brazil, a custom chocolate created by François Daubinet.
  A Batucao mousse reveals in its heart a Batucao crémeux with notes of tonka beans, a praliné with cocoa nibs, a chocolate Genoa bread and a crispy Batucao. The trip ends with a crunchy decor with puffed cereals and gianduja.
