Hélène and Benoît Cocteaux are based in Montgenost, south of Epernay. It is Benoît's grandfather who is at the origin of the estate. His first harvest declaration dates back to 1996, when he was still employed by his father. The vineyard is about 50 years old. Sustainable cultivation. He prefers to use organic amendments rather than insecticides. This champagne is elaborated using the solera technique. 17 vintages of champagne from 1998 to 2017 are included in its composition. Zero dosage, 500 bottles are produced per year.

Pretty golden and brilliant robe. Charming nose developing aromas of pear, apricot and roasted almond. The palate is elegant and underlines a beautiful minerality or expresses pretty notes of mirabelle plum and quince.
