Wild pepper from the forests of Madagascar, its lianas grow up to 20 meters high. Its harvest is dangerous and tedious, hence its rarity and its nickname "Pepper of the peaks". Its warm but not pungent flavor reveals subtle notes of undergrowth, brightened by a fruity lemony freshness. Ideal as a fine seasoning on meats or foie gras, but also on fresh goat's cheese.
