Calcinaires Domaine Gauby 2017 ORGANIC - VDP Côtes Catalanes

First Cuvée of Domaine Gauby. Beautiful fruity, intense and greedy expression. This wine also has a round and delicate matter. The whole remains fresh and endowed with a clear tension. A great classic of Roussillon, still as convincing vintage after vintage. As soon as it opens, it is an explosion of red and black fruits subtly accompanied by sweet spices and the garrigue. The mouth is greedy and supple without ever lacking character. The tannins are already very soft for an almost immediate drinkability.
