Dehours & Fils Grande Réserve Brut
Established for four generations in Cerseuil in the Marne Valley, the Dehours family raises its vines with respect for the environment. The estate is very fragmented (42 plots spread over the crus of Mareuil le Port, Oeuilly and Troissy) and offers a very varied range. The collection vintages are produced by plot-by-pot vinification, i.e. from the best plots of vines. This cuvée comes from the production of the Dehours family's vineyard. A blend of terroirs from the Marne Valley for the 2014 harvest and a large proportion of wines from a Perpetual Reserve started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Prolonged aging on lees. Maturation from 15 to 27 months in bottle. Dosage 7g /l.
