Located 10 kms west of Reims in the village of Ecueil, a Premier Cru terroir in the Montagne de Reims, the 4 ha estate is run by Frédéric Savart, one of the greatest talents in the Champagne region. It follows principles close to organic agriculture. This champagne is partially vinified in wood and has undergone a partial malolactic fermentation in order to keep the tension on its wines. Intense nose of red fruits which evolve towards pastry and brioche aromas. The mouth is harmonious and silky, a nice fruitiness envelops the palate. Notes of spices appear at the end of the mouth.
