Semi-salted butter shortcrust pastry generously garnished with a fillet of poached salmon marinated in dill with a thin slice of smoked salmon and a mix of rice, baby spinach, hard boiled eggs and small pan-fried Chanterelle mushrooms. Served with a lemon zest and shellfish broth based sauce.
