Following the decision to regroup the family vineyards (acquired as early as 1964) around a single entity, the Domaine de la Vougeraie was born in 1999. Unequivocally, the name of the property refers to the Vougeot, paying homage to these precious vines which occupy a third of the vineyard. Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Damodes 2013 is a wine with an intense purple color and notes of ripe red fruits with a well-structured character conducive to aging.
