Fully enjoy the subtle aromas of Oscietra caviar by serving it on its own. We recommend you to serve it with a spoon made of nacre or wood rather than metal which alters the taste of the eggs. For a full burst of its aromas, take the tin out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
