La bouteille de 75 cL
Pol Roger made his first wine sale in 1849. The English statesman, Winston Churchill, was an unconditional fan of the house and the great vintage born in 1975 even bears his name. Reasoned culture. Launched in 2008, this cuvée is above all an exercise in the House's style, in which it has endeavored to create a wine in its most natural state, while preserving the spirit of the different champagnes it produces.

Accords mets et vins : The harmony will be perfect with dishes with firm and soft flesh, such as certain shellfish prepared au naturel. For example, as an appetizer, a salad of crayfish, lobster, crab and lobster with a dash of olive oil and hazelnut vinegar.

The golden robe, dense and brilliant, is crossed by thousands of fine bubbles. The nose expresses itself on a fine and complex register of clove flowers and rose, evolving towards nuances of breadcrumbs, yeast and citrus fruits (lemon) which, mixed together, form a lively and fresh trail. At first glance, the palate, linear and fine like an arrow, surprises at the sight of the mature and concentrated nose. But this firm texture acts like a chiseling that highlights a sumptuous wine, structured and fine. In retro-olfaction, the aromas of honey and clove appear subtly. They give the wine extra depth and contribute to its beautiful length.
