De Venoge Cuvée des Princes Blanc de Blancs
75 cl Bottle
Henri-Marc emigrated from his native Canton of Vaud to Champagne and created 'de Venoge & Cie' in 1837 with his son Joseph. Le Cordon Bleu is adopted as the symbol of the House, in reference to the Venoge River and the Order of the Holy Spirit, the most famous order of chivalry of the French monarchy. In 1838, Henri-Marc was responsible for a real 'marketing' revolution by creating the very first illustrated label in the history of Champagne! In 1998 de Venoge joined the Champagne group Boizel Chanoine Champagne. Today, the House's wines are distributed in more than 40 countries exclusively through a selective network of specialized stores, hotels and restaurants.

Composed only of Premiers and Grand Crus, the prince blanc de blancs is endowed with a superb minerality and a great ageing power. Subtle aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits underline its freshness and elegance. The pale gold robe offers subtle green reflections that are crossed by fine creamy bubbles. The first nose, very pleasant, presents notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. This superb freshness is highlighted by an elegant minerality. The attack on the palate is frank and bursting with freshness. We find the same fruity and floral fragrances to which are superimposed notes of candied peach, characteristic of Chardonnay.
