Honey: Use this honey to sweeten a sauce, glaze meat, or enjoy with a cheese platter. Risotto: For 2 to 3 people. Cooking time: 18 minutes. Brown the rice in a frying pan with a knob of butter or olive oil. Add a glass of white wine while stirring. While cooking, gradually pour in 1 1/2 liters of boiling water. Serve the risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano. Slices: To be enjoyed on toasted bread, or to garnish pasta, risottos or scrambled eggs.
