Vouvray Domaine Huet Clos Du Bourg Moelleux 2009 ORGANIC

Domaine Huet has been in existence since 1928. The estate covers 35 hectares on 3 separate properties. The first, Le Mont, has stony soil, mostly clay and containing silica. Le Haut-Lieu has clay-limestone soil, while the third, Clos du Bourg, has limestone soil. All these terroirs are particularly well-suited to producing unique wines of remarkable precision, much appreciated by connoisseurs. Notes of quince and tarte tatin combine with a dense, long texture, followed by fresher, juicier fruit and infusions of lime blossom. An exquisitely precise white, dense and vigorous, to be served with apple pie or parsley pastry. A magical wine!
