Clément and Francine Klur now own 7 hectares of vines, all located in the commune of Katzenthal, including 1 hectare in the Wineck-Schlossberg grand cru. Like more and more Alsatian producers, the Klurs are committed to organic farming. "We discovered ecology in the 1990s through the building materials we wanted to use for our house, and then through our food. Since then, it has become a real life choice and the extension of our commitment to the vineyard was logical. Those with a green streak will find a kind of paradise here. The wines are "organic" of course, or rather organically (and biodynamically) produced.
