Alsace : the cradle of Foie Gras in France. Discover FAUCHON’s Whole Goose Foie Gras prepared in workshops at the heart of Strasbourg by artisan cooks, for over 5 generations. Our Foies Gras are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its outstanding quality. FAUCHON promotes the craftsmen expertise of this region and its unique traditional Alsatian recipe.
A secretly kept mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom...) reveals the original flavour of the goose. A custom-made work which results in meltingly soft Foies Gras. Full of finesse and perfumes. Refinement and elegance.

Keep in the fridge.
Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Before opening, put it a few seconds in hot water, in order to take the Foie Gras out easily.
Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread.
