Our foies gras are made from one or several lobes of a same liver selected for its outstanding quality. FAUCHON promotes the artisan canner’s savoir-faire of this region and its unique traditional Alsatian recipe.
A secretly kept mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom…) reveals the original flavour of the goose. A custom-made work which results in meltingly soft foies gras. Full of finesse and perfumes. Refinement and elegance.
