our tasting advices
Place the tin in the fridge 3 hours before serving. Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread. Livened up with salt crystal and pepper. Or with the FAUCHON touch: the fig compote. Accompaniment : Sauternes FAUCHON or a Jurançon, Domaine Cauhapé, Symphonie de Novembre, 2008. Consume quickly and keep refrigerated after opening.
