This very famous Bergamot tea illustrates all the British elegance. The legendary elegance of the English Lords is recognized in this black tea and Bergamot accord whose origin dates back to the 18th century. To overcome the infamous taste of water, the Chinese servant of Count Grey had the idea of adding Bergamot slices to black tea. The Count and his family were captivated by this unique recipe. He later became British Prime Minister in 1830 and helped to make this recipe famous.
