Description
To the eye: a springtime yellow-green color with lemon-yellow highlights enlivened by fine, lively bubbles.
.To the nose: spontaneous floral notes of hawthorn and acacia open onto fruity harmonies of green apple and grape, and a background of wet chalk and peppermint. Then finally rise, in subtle touches, rich aromas of whipped cream, chives and lemon zest.
.On the palate: a supple and fresh mouthfeel, a creamy and melted effervescence. Then comes the signature of the terroir, a very pure chalky minerality that finishes in a pirouette on a charming lemon note.
