When the sun's rays persist, hot tastings give way to more refreshing moments around iced and iced teas for the whole family. Whether it's fruity tropical rain or invigorating minty green tea, here's the selection and advice from our tea experts to quench your thirst in style.

Method 1 : Shake tea - Hot Infusion

  • Brew the usual amount of tea in 1 cup, observing the temperature and brewing time indicated.
  • Pour the hot liquor into a glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish the glass with slices of fresh fruit or fresh aromatic leaves.
  • Enjoy!

 

Method 2 : Iced tea 8h - Cold brew

  • Brew 10 g of tea in 1 l of filtered water in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Garnish the glass with slices of fresh fruit or fresh aromatic leaves.
  • Enjoy!

Method 3 : Iced Tea 3h - Ambient Infusion

  • Brew 10 g of tea in 1 l of filtered water at room temperature.
  • Leave to infuse for 2 hours at room temperature, then chill the mixture before drinking.
  • Garnish the glass with slices of fresh fruit or fresh aromatic leaves.
  • Enjoy!

Method 4 : KORIDASHI Tea - Iced tea

      For a 1 l decanter: 15 g of tea - Japanese method ideal for pure origin tea

  • Place ice cubes of filtered water in the carafe.
  • Sprinkle the tea leaves directly onto the ice cubes and repeat the process.
  • Allow the ice cubes to melt.
  • Strain the tea into a glass or cup.
  • Enjoy!

Iced tea & theine

Iced tea by ambient or cold infusion has the particularity of being naturally de-theminated. This molecule, identical to caffeine, is not very soluble in cold water. You can enjoy all the benefits and flavour of your tea without fear of having your nights disturbed.
