FAUCHON products can be ordered on our website and be collected at our store Thé & Infusion located 11 Place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris, three hours later if the order is placed before 3 pm.
This service is free and available 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday (excluding days when the store is closed).
To collect your order, come to the Thé & Infusion shop located at 11 Place de la Madeleine with the order confirmation that was sent to you by email and/or an identity card. If you have not been able to print it, you will need to give your full name and order number and present your identification.
If you want somebody else to collect your order, they should bring the order confirmation emailed to you and their identification.
For a very special delivery, the driver delivery service is available for all FAUCHON products that are eligible, in Paris and the inner suburbs (92, 93, 94).
This service is available Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays). From the cart, you can select the day and time slot for delivery using our calendar module. Delivery can be booked up to 15 days in advance.

COLISSIMO
FAUCHON offers you Colissimo home delivery of your order in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) from a purchase of 80€ (excluding shipping costs).
You can also receive your order in a reusable parcel with Hipli for an additional 1€ (more information).

FAUCHON offers free Chronopost home delivery of your order in mainland France, Monaco and Corsica for orders over €100 excluding shipping costs.

The benefits of the service
From your shopping cart, you can select the desired delivery date. The date selection module allows you to select a date up to 30 days in advance, if the desired date is greyed out then it is no longer available for delivery.
The package is delivered against a signature.
Delivery times
In metropolitan France, our carrier CHRONOPOST ensures deliveries between 8am and 1pm (except in exceptional situations where delivery can be made until 6pm).
During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.) as well as in the event of heavy traffic or exceptional bad weather, drivers may experience delivery delays.

To track your delivery, please visit the CHRONOPOST website (www.chronopost.fr) with the parcel number available in your FAUCHON account (Order History).
Macarons
The FAUCHON macaroons are shipped by Chronopost and can only be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday to guarantee their quality. FAUCHON macaroons are shipped in insulated and refrigerated packaging, specifically designed to protect and keep them cool for the duration of transport. Macaroons can be enjoyed up to 5 days after the shipping date indicated on the box.
FAUCHON delivers the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding areas under Turkish rule), Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein (non-alcoholic), Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and United Kingdom (Only some products are available for a united kingdom delivery: https://www.fauchon.com/en/united-kingdom-products/).

Delivery delay
From the cart, you can select the required delivery date. Please note that this date is given for information only and FAUCHON cannot be held responsible for any Chronopost delays. The date selection module lets you select a date up to 15 days in advance. If the required date is greyed out, it is no longer available for delivery.
In Europe, the average delivery times are 2 to 4 days from the dispatch of the order depending on the destination (excluding weekends and holidays).

Macarons

Alcool
Alcohol is not available for a delivery in the United Kingdom.
Invoice
The invoice of your order is not present in the package. It will be sent to you directly by email, to the email address indicated when creating your FAUCHON account.
Gift message
You can add a gift message from your shopping cart. Your recipient will not be informed of the origin of your package, so remember to sign your message.
