The FAUCHON Le Club program is the personalized loyalty program of FAUCHON Paris through which you can accumulate points with each purchase. These points allow you to reach the different levels of the program and thus benefit from an exclusive advantage.
Amateur Member: the "Amateur" Member Card is made available free of charge to anyone when creating a customer account on www.fauchon.com or in our partner shops. For people who already have a customer account, it can be obtained directly in the my account section or from this page.
Initie Member: the "Initié" Member Card is made available free of charge to the holder of an Amateur Member Card who has accumulated a minimum of 250 points (€ 1 purchase = 1 point). The Insider Membership Card is communicated to the member as soon as the threshold of 250 points is reached.
Passionate Member: the "Passionné" Member Card is made available free of charge to the holder of an Amateur Member Card who has accumulated a minimum of 1,200 points (€ 1 purchase = 1 point). The Insider Membership Card is communicated to the member as soon as the threshold of 1200 points is reached.
If you are a new customer, you must create a customer account to become a member of the FAUCHON Le Club program. Your membership is automatic.
If you are already a customer, you can subscribe to the program directly from this page by clicking on "update my account" or from your online account at www.fauchon.com or on request in shop. Accessible in the My Account section (available via the menu at the top right of your screen).
With each purchase, you accumulate loyalty points which give you access to advantages. Winning points allows you to reach higher levels and enjoy even more exclusive benefits. You start earning points the moment you join the loyalty program. Orders placed before you join the program will not earn points.
You will receive updated information on offers and vouchers by email. You can also view your points in the my loyalty program section on your customer account www.fauchon.com or on request in shop. FAUCHON Le Club points expire 12 months after their validation in your account. For example, if you earn 30 points for an order placed on April 1, 2021 and 50 points for an order placed on June 30, 2021. In this case, 30 points will expire on April 1, 2022 and 50 points will expire on June 30, 2022. The loyalty points are valid for 1 year.

Your point level depends on the number of points you have accumulated during 12 months and their expiry dates. Updating expired points may result in a loss of status.
