Gyokuro tea

Green Japanese tea with finely rolled leaves. A smooth and sweet tea, with fresh vegetal notes.

The prince of green teas, rich in anti-oxidants, it is known in Japan as the “dew pearl”. Its cultivation is the object of a thousand precautions; harvesting is a veritable ritual in which the very young shoots are picked by hand, then rolled finely. Gyokuro FAUCHON is a predominantly herbal tea, with no bitterness; its milky, marine tones mark an exceptional tea, smooth and mild, to be savored with devotion.

Storage conservation

Green tea (Japan).

Langoustine Tartare with Japanese Gyokuro Tea

The delicate infusion of tea in this langoustine tartare brings a unique herbaceous dimension, while the citrus brunoise adds a bright freshness, for a harmony of refined flavors.
