Recipe for 6 people

  • 1 can of tea «An Afternoon in Paris»
  • 1 litre of mineral water
  • 10 g tea one afternoon in Paris
  • 60 Cl of iced tea an Afternoon in Paris
  • 12 Cl orange puree
  • 30 Cl of pineapple juice
  • 6 Cl of lemon juice
  • 12 Cl of coconut cream
  • 6 Cl of brown syrup
  • Cinnamon powder
  • A few ice cubes
  • 3 Passion fruit with caramelized icing sugar
  • 6 slices dehydrated lemon juice

AN AFTERNOON IN PARIS
Sillage in love with a skin fragrance, Afternoon in Paris is a unique tea where each leaf encapsulates the soul of a moment. It is told as a perfume of author, with note of head the rose, delicate and powdery, note of heart the sweet and sweet Vanilla, and note of background, a bouquet of elegant citrus. And we find ourselves dreaming, a break at the terrace of a café, the nonchalance of a walk in the Tuileries, the magic of a love walk. It is one of the most popular teas of our house, whose creation reveals the unique know-how of our house.

Preparation

step 1 : prepare ingredients

  • Put 10 g of tea «Un Après à Paris Fauchon» in 3 bags of muslin and brew them between 12 to 15 hours in 1 liter of spring water.
  • Cut the lemons into thin slices of 3 mm thick, put them on a sheet of parchment paper and bake at 55°C.
  • Dehydration can take 2 to 6 hours, depending on the thickness of the slices and their water content. Turn them around every hour.
  • Keep dry.

step 2 : the mocktail

  • Add in a shaker 12 cl of fresh orange juice, 30 cl of pineapple juice, 6 cl of lemon juice, 12 cl of coconut cream, 6 cl of brown syrup, a dozen ice cubes, 60 cl of iced tea «an afternoon in Paris FAUCHON» and add cinnamon.
  • Mix and Shake everything.

Assembly and finishing :

  • Put crushed ice in a highball cocktail glass, then pour about 20 cl of the mixture into the glass.
  • Place a slice of dried lemon, then ½ passion fruit on top. Enjoy the cocktail fresh and well chilled!
