French caviar sourced from sturgeon born and raised in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Produced using traditional, local methods and with respect for the animal, our caviar is both subtle and powerful.
Fauchon Beluga caviar, from an exclusive production of huso huso sturgeons from Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is a fleshy and smooth caviar with iodized flavors and subtle notes of tonka beans, butter nuts and lime.
Its firm grains, with their anthracite grey sheen, roll perfectly under the palate, gradually releasing the delicate flavors of a harmonious and refined caviar.
