This year, Fauchon invites you to discover its chocolate, caramel and vanilla yule log created by Arnaud Larher, Meilleur Ouvrier de France , an exceptional dessert that combines heritage and modernity.

Inspired by the world of Paradise, this dessert unveils a subtle interplay of textures and flavors for a truly indulgent and refined experience. A base of chocolate biscuit studded with cookie pieces supports a smooth and melting caramel whipped ganache and an airy and delicate vanilla whipped ganache. The whole is crowned by a cloud of velvety vanilla whipped ganache spheres , evoking an almost celestial lightness.

A creation where chocolate intensity, caramelized creaminess and vanilla freshness meet in an elegant dessert, designed for a decidedly indulgent Christmas .
