Inspired by the world of Paradise, this dessert unveils a subtle interplay of textures and flavors for a truly indulgent and refined experience. A base of chocolate biscuit studded with cookie pieces supports a smooth and melting caramel whipped ganache and an airy and delicate vanilla whipped ganache. The whole is crowned by a cloud of velvety vanilla whipped ganache spheres , evoking an almost celestial lightness.
