Kenilworth is a garden located in the province of Dimbula (south-central part of the island), on plots ranging from 800 to 1200m in altitude. Dimbula is one of the pioneer tea growing areas in Sri Lanka, where tea growing began around 1870-1880.

This Ceylon tea comes from a plantation in the heart of Sri Lanka, located between 600 and 900 meters above sea level, in the Dimbulla area. Ceylon black tea with whole leaves. Tea with powerful aromas and naturally sweet notes. Full-bodied and yet subtle, it is renowned for its long, full and regular leaves, developing a delicate flavor with infusion.

Sensory analysis

The reddish-brown liquor has powerfully malty and woody notes with abundant fruity nuances. A fine bitterness gives this tea a beautiful structure that prolongs the moment of tasting.
