Prepared according to a precise ritual, it can be enjoyed with friends as well as with lively meals, adding a touch of freshness and balance.

As tradition dictates, this tea is made with Gunpowder - a Chinese green tea from Zhejiang, whose leaves are rolled into small pearls to preserve all their intensity. When they come into contact with boiling water, they unfurl slowly, releasing a powerful infusion with vegetal, slightly full-bodied notes. Combined with Nanah mint leaf (Mentha spicata), it reveals a dazzling freshness, softened by a natural hint of sweetness.

Served piping hot in small glasses, sometimes sweetened according to custom, this tea is a must at the end of a meal. It balances the flavours of a spicy lunch and prolongs the pleasure of sharing a good moment. More than a simple refreshment, it's a habit, a simple and sincere gesture that spans generations.

Mint tea goes well with light pastries, fresh fruit or biscuits. It also goes well with sweet treats, perfect for a friendly, refreshing break. Traditional recipe for mint iced tea
Brew 4-5 green mint tea bags (or 8-10g loose tea) in 1 litre of hot water, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and leave to cool. Add crushed fresh mint leaves and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve this delicious drink chilled with crushed ice and lemon slices, if desired.
