French caviar sourced from sturgeon born and raised in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Produced using traditional, local methods and with respect for the animal, our caviar is both subtle and powerful.
Fauchon Oscietra caviar, from an exclusive production of Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon, concentrates marine flavors and notes of buttery nuts and avocado in a sensual caviar.
Its firm, golden-hued grains roll perfectly under the palate, gradually releasing the delicate aromas of a harmonious and refined caviar.
