  • 4 teaspoons of FAUCHON lemon & ginger green tea
  • 80 cl of water at 80°C
  • 2 lemons (juice + a few slices)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of FAUCHON acacia honey (according to your taste)
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

FAUCHON Green Tea Lemonade with Lemon & Ginger

A refreshing homemade drink, between liveliness and sweetness.

Preparation :

  • Infuse the tea in 80 cl of hot water (80°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Strain, add the honey while the infusion is still lukewarm, then let it cool.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the cooled infusion.
  • Add a few lemon slices, mint leaves and ice cubes.
  • Serve chilled in a carafe or tall glasses.

To be enjoyed in the sun, for a fresh and energetic break.
