A refreshing homemade drink, between liveliness and sweetness.
Preparation :
- Infuse the tea in 80 cl of hot water (80°C) for 3 minutes.
- Strain, add the honey while the infusion is still lukewarm, then let it cool.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the cooled infusion.
- Add a few lemon slices, mint leaves and ice cubes.
- Serve chilled in a carafe or tall glasses.
To be enjoyed in the sun, for a fresh and energetic break.
